The winner of the 2013 Connecticut SWAT Challenge is CREST, the Capitol Region Emergency Services Team.
This is a regional team from the greater Hartford area that represents 9 towns: Glastonbury, Wethersfield, Enfield, Rocky Hill, Manchester, Vernon, Coventry, South Windsor and Cromwell.
I personally apologize for not putting this up in a timely manner. CREST has been competing in the Challenge since the first year of the CSC and they have always competed in a champions manner so we will look forward to them defending their title in 2014.
